Neofinetia falcata x Rhynchostylis gigantea
Neofinetia falcata x Rhynchostylis gigantea
Neofinetia falcata x Rhynchostylis gigantea var Pink
A semi-compact plant with the right combination of both parents. The flowers carry over the spots from the spotted form of Rhynchostylis gigantea . Because of the Rhy. gigantea background, it is possible for the foliage can reach 8" or slightly longer over time. They can start blooming at a small size.
Bright white flowers with purple spots on miniature vanda-type plants that are much easier to grow and bloom because they don't need the bright light that their standard Vanda cousins require.
This is a hybrid of Neofinetia which gives the flowers a wonderful fragrance and lower light conditions to grow and flower. This is still a relatively high-light orchid, but does well with bright INDIRECT light though out the day. This means it will do well in a bright window, under lights or shaded greenhouse!
This is a blooming size plant in a 5"pot. Grown from Seed!
