Order Cancellations and Product Removal: While we strive to fulfill every order and maintain product availability, we reserve the right to cancel any order or remove specific products from an order without further notice due to unforeseen circumstances, including inventory fluctuations, product unavailability, or other factors that may impact the fulfillment process.
Product Variations: We make every effort to provide accurate representations of the orchids available for sale. However, please note that there may be variations in colors, patterns, and sizes of the flowers and/or plants. These variations are due to natural genetic differences produced by hybrids or species. Orchids grown from seed may also have genetic variations beyond our control. Unless specified as a mericlone (tissue-culture) plant, the orchids for sale must be considered seed-grown plants. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the plants or flowers you receive will be an exact match to the photos provided on the website.
Photos for Reference: All photos provided on the website are intended for reference purposes only. Unless otherwise indicated in the Product Title, Orchids are NOT SOLD while in bloom, in bud, or in spike.
Website Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the website and its links at any given moment. We may update or alter errors in pricing and/or orchid product information posted on this website without prior notice.
Sales, Exchanges, and Refunds: All sales made through our online store are final. Once you receive the plant you purchased safely, we do not accept requests for exchanges, returns, or refunds. Please refer to our Return, Replacement and Return policies for detailed instructions and applicable restrictions. We guarantee a healthy plant on arrival; however, we cannot guarantee the safety of buds or flowers during shipping. We do not accept replacements, returns, and/or refund requests due to the nature of our products and sanitary concerns.
Notification of Damaged Plants: All of our plants are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of arrival. If you receive a damaged or compromised plant, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide photos of the plant's condition upon arrival. The orchid need to send back to us within 7 days. Please refer to our Return, Replacement and Return policies for detailed instructions and applicable restrictions.
Buyer Responsibility for Care: Once the package is delivered to USPS, we have no control over its handling. There is a chance that leaves, buds, or flowers may dry up or wither during transit. It is essential to allow your orchid to adapt to its new environment and provide appropriate growing conditions. We cannot take responsibility for the health, growth, or blooming condition of plants once they are in your care.
Shipping and Payment: We ship to the USA and territories, with some exclusions. Orders are shipped on Mondays after they are received. We use USPS Priority Mail Services, and the transit time varies based on your location. You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and ShopPay.
Our FREE SHIPPING promotion applies to all orders over $149. However, some restrictions apply to selected orchids, including oversized or overweight orchids, and time-sensitive plants like Hoyas. A shipping surcharge will be added for these at checkout. And applies only to USPS Priority Mail Services.

Healthy Plant on Arrival Guarantee: Tropical Plants, including Orchids, like any living being, will naturally show signs of aging over time, therefore it is important to understand that even healthy orchids can exhibit cosmetic damage on its leaves, bulbs and/or roots. Additionally, mechanical damages may occur during repotting, import transport and or shipping process, which can include but not limited to dehydrated or broken leaves or buds, or spikes.
- Rest assured, we guarantee that the orchids we send out are healthy and alive upon arrival. To clarify, a healthy living orchid is one that has the ability to produce new growth, leaves and roots, and therefore capable of flowering within their maturing process.
- In the event that the orchid you receive shows some cosmetic or mechanical damage on its leaves, bulbs, and/or roots but still possesses the capacity to continue growing and developing over the years, we will still consider it a healthy living orchid. Consequently, we will not be able to accept any refund, return, or replacement requests based solely on such cosmetic or mechanical damages.
- Our priority is to ensure that all our customers receive vibrant and thriving orchids, and we remain dedicated to providing support and guidance to help your orchids flourish in your care. To be covered by our live plant guarantee, customers must add the appropriate Summer or Winter Protection Plan to their shipment, during extreme weather conditions. Failure to do so may result in your order not being protected by our guarantee.

We cannot accommodate any requests made after this 24-hour period, as we are unable to control the plant's growing environment once it is no longer in our possession. These orchids require patience and adequate growing conditions at all times to avoid additional stress during cultivation. If you're a beginner, it's advisable to refrain from buying them, as all sales are considered final.

There are instances when customers residing outside the USA wish to purchase our orchids and employ a US Mail Forwarding Company to have their packages sent to their respective countries. Please understand that in such cases, we are solely responsible for ensuring the safe arrival of the orchids at the USA address provided during the checkout process. We are not accountable for shipments that are seized or destroyed by regulatory authorities, and you bear all responsibility for adhering to your country's shipping requirements. Please be aware that we will not replace any orchids impacted by such conditions, and the cost of the plant will not be refunded.
Forward Mailing Companies or Friends
If you are an international customer using a forward mailing company or a friend to receive your order after it has arrived in the United States, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for the package or the orchids inside it once it leaves our facility and is handed over to the designated forwarding entity. Any issues arising during the international shipping process, including loss or damage, will not be our liability.
IP Address and Order Risk Assessment
In some cases, our system may identify orders from international customers based on IP addresses outside the United States as medium risk. Please note that if your order is flagged as medium risk, you acknowledge that credit card chargebacks are not our responsibility. Remedy Limitation: The buyer's remedies are solely and exclusively limited to receiving a refund of the purchase price. This remedy cover any claims arising from contract, statute, common law, or tort. The seller is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including economic loss (such as lost profits), growing costs, inspection, transportation, and other related services and expenses concerning the sold stock. The buyer agrees that any recovery shall not exceed the purchase price of the specified plant material.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by us. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
