Consequently, any additional items added to your cart may not be included in the final transaction. We recommend using 'Buy Now' or 'Express Checkout' when you want to quickly purchase one specific product.

For instance, if you have 10 orchids added to your cart but then you noticed another one you want to buy and click the 'Buy Now' button instead of the 'Add to Cart' button, the system will immediately go to the checkout process, removing all previously selected orchids from your shopping cart. To avoid this, if you want to buy more than one orchids or products, always use the 'Add to Cart' button, then click on the 'Standard Checkout' green button at the end of the Cart Page.

This will ensure you complete the purchase of all intended products. We recommend utilizing the standard checkout process instead of the 'Buy Now' option because this method allows you to review and confirm all items in your cart before completing your purchase, minimizing the risk of overlooking any products and receiving an order confirmation email with incomplete items.

Utilize any of the Express Checkout alternatives (such as Shop Pay or Google Pay) when you have reached the Checkout Page.

If you inadvertently click 'Buy Now' for an item and receive an order confirmation email with missing items, please reply the order confirmation email to us. We will assist you in purchasing the products you want by sending a separate invoice. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can cancel the incomplete order so you can proceed to reorder all your desired products using the standard Checkout green button.
