Cultivation Tips:

Light: Provide ample light during early growth, aiming for 27000 - 43000 lux, with 50% shading in summer. Increase to 43000 - 54000 lux for regular growth, with 30% shading in summer. During flowering, maintain light levels at 20000 - 30000 lux. Monitor leaf color to adjust light levels accordingly.

Temperature: Keep day temperatures between 18-24°C and night temperatures between 7-13°C. Ensure a cooling period of 2-4 months in late summer and early fall to initiate flower spikes. Protect from frost, as temperatures below -3°C can damage inflorescences.

Humidity: Maintain humidity levels between 40 - 60%, increasing to 60 - 80% in high light conditions. Ensure good air circulation to prevent fungal and bacterial issues. Reduce humidity to 40 - 60% during flowering.

Substrate and Repotting: Plant in pots with excellent drainage using a mixture of tree fern bark, sphagnum moss, perlite, charcoal, and other additives. Repot every two to three years, trimming roots and dividing plants if necessary during spring.

Watering: Water generously during active growth, ensuring excellent drainage to prevent waterlogging. Adjust watering frequency based on weather conditions. Overhead water during summer and early autumn, avoiding midday sun. Reduce watering as new growth matures in autumn.

Fertilizer: Use a high-nitrogen fertilizer during active growth (September to mid-December) to stimulate growth. Switch to a high-phosphorus and potash fertilizer from mid-December to encourage flowering.

Rest Period: Limit watering during the winter months, allowing the plant to dry slightly between waterings. Reduce or eliminate fertilization until new growth appears in spring.
