Cattleya dormaniana HCC/AOS x Cattleya bicolor

C. dormaniana HCC/AOS is a compact-sized bifoliate cattleya species from Brazil with slender foliage. The awarded clone used in this cross has 3” rich bronze fragrant flowers with a very large magenta lip and prominent light magenta sidelobes.

In crossing this with the large bifoliate C. bicolor, we will see the size of the plant increase but also hope to see a substantially increased flower count.

This is a blooming size in a 3.5” clay pot, newly repotted, about 1 to 2 years from blooming size
